About TGF

The Grassroots Foundation is Pakistan’s largest football development NGO dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and empowering underprivileged yet talented kids through football.

We currently operate in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad with a growing network of training centers.

TGF was founded by Saud Yousaf, a former footballer with 17 years of playing experience, UEFA and AFC certifications, and a vision to elevate Pakistani talent to top global leagues.

For Players & Parents

We accept players from under-10 to under-17 levels through tailored development pathways.

No. The Grassroots Foundation is a non-profit organization, and there is no pay-to-play model. Our programs are free and aim to make football accessible to every child, especially those from underprivileged communities.

Selections are made through open trials, referrals from schools, and scouting at local communities. Details are announced on our website and social media pages.

For Donors & Supporters

You can support us by donating, sponsoring a child, funding equipment, or partnering with us to expand football opportunities in Pakistan.

Yes, TGF is a registered non-profit organization. Donors receive official receipts for all contributions.

Yes, we offer tailored sponsorship packages where donors can support individual players, teams, or even entire development programs.

For Volunteers & Coaches

Absolutely. We welcome volunteers in coaching, events, administration, and fundraising. You can apply via our Volunteer Page.

Yes, certified coaches and aspiring trainers can join our structured programs. We also provide mentorship under licensed professionals.
